HFMA’s professional credentialing program is a credential product for PFS or revenue cycle staff, which serves to validate a (national) level of technical achievement for a body of knowledge within the healthcare revenue cycle arena. Program courses are designed to offer an overview of fundamental PFS and revenue cycle knowledge. Employees who meet the requirements of the program earn the designation “Credentialed Revenue Cycle Representative” (CRCR).
